Do you ever have those days were you wander where the time goes? I have the all the time anymore. It just seems like there are just not enough hours in a day. I get up get kids ready for school and get myself ready for work, work all day, then come home to homework, dinner, bath time and then ready for bed. There is just not enough me time in the day to do all the things that I would like to do. Does anyone else ever feel that way or is it just me?
Well I did not meet my excerise goal this past week, however I am going to add 15 more minutes on to my time so now I will need to excersie for 120 minutes this week. I will also be cutting way back on the sweets which should really help this week.

Well I lost a pound this week which I am happy for. It seems like I do really good during the week and then the weekend hits and man is it hard to eat good. The goals for this week is to contine drinking lots of water, this time of the year it is so hard to kee up on that. Also I am going to increase my excerise by 15 mintues so I will have to at least work out for 105 minutes this week.

A New Year!
With the begining of a new year and New Year's resolutions I have realized that I can not just have a goal of loose weight or it will never happen. So I have set 3 goals that I would like to accomplish by this Spring.
1. To be able to fit into my cute capri pants again, because as of right now they are really tight.
2. To be able to walk up the stairs with out huffing and puffing when I get to the top.
3. To be able to run a 5K to help support victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse which will be taking place either April or May.
To be able to accomplish these goals I have to be able to set weekly goals so that it will be more managable to me. So for this week my goal is to drink more water (so hard in the winter time) and to exercise for at least 90 minutes total.
Santa was really good to us this year and brought us a Wii and I also received a Wii Fit Plus-which I did not think that you could get that great a work out playing games, boy was I wrong:-). So between the Wii and my treadmill I will accomplish the 90 minutes this week (I have to remember to think positive)!

Wrong Group
So I am begining to think that I joined the wrong group. I think I ment to join the biggest gainer not the biggest loser. I know I have noone to blame but myself on my eating habbits, but it is becoming very difficult not to enjoy all the good foods around me. This past week we took a little mini anniversary trip and ended up eating out 3 times and with no excercise...well you get the picture. I am bound and determined to loose some weight before the end of this challenge so I need to kick it in gear and start doing something.

So it has been a couple of weeks since I lasted posted and I should get everyone up to date. Well I could not hold back and have to have some Halloween candy. As you can all see I gained 3 lbs. Not to mention that we had a new resturant 'Texas Roadhouse' open up in Logan and we just had to go out and try it. The food was excellent, they had the best ribs that I have ever tasted. So I guess I am proud of myself for not gaining more and I must say that I enjoyed everyone of those bites that went into my mouth. This last week was our anniversary and we went out to eat at another one of our favorite resturants and I still have some candy left over (it is almost gone yeah!). So I can see why I did not loose any weight espcially since I did not excerise at all this week, but I am glad tha I did not gain any more either. I used to do so well in the excerise department and I know if I can just get back into my routine then things will be much better for me. All I can say is maybe this is the week. Everyone wish me luck and I will try my hardest to get on the treadmill (it seems like such a nasty chore:))
