So this week I injured my back some- not sure what I did just know it started to hurt. It made me relize how much you use your body parts until you can not use them anymore. Needless to say my back hurt when I pretty much did anything like bend, stand, sit, etc. I hope I am on the mend as it didn't hurt as much when I woke up this morning.
My goals will stay the same as last week. I will be running .5 miles (since I was unable to accomplish that last week) and excersing for at least 135 minutes.

I'm so sorry to hear about your back, that really stinks, Ihave been dealling with the same stuff, it makes life VERY rough. I remember watching people just walking down the hall and I was so jealous because I couldn't stand up straight and walk, I hope yours won't be out as long as mine has been, totally the worst, hang in there girl.
